Description

A Victorian silver miniature scent bottle with hallmarks for Birmingham 1886. Both the screw top lid and both sides of the bottle bear hallmarks including Queen Victoria’s head. The bottle lies flat but has gadrooned bands around the base and shoulder with a plain central band on both sides. The screw top is lined with cork. The scent bottle would have been intended for a lady’s purse or pocket as well as the dressing table. Very pretty and in perfect condition.
