Manufactured in 1930, at the Burgess and Leigh Longton factory in North Staffordshire. This pristine pair of pots can’t help but bring a smile. Both lids have butterfly finials and the bodies of the pots have imprinted and relief ribs and flowers. Primroses and primulas or pansies! The pots are beautifully hand Painted, the bodies are cream, green and yellow. Whilst the flowers are lilac, blue and red. The tips of the butterflies have highlighted black . The teapot is approx 22cm from spout to handle The hot water pot is approx 15cm spout to handle The teapot stands approx 16.5cm tall The hot water pot stand approx 19.5cm tall. I am selling these pots as a pair as it’s rare to find a pair in such perfect condition.
