A superbly modeled Austrian cold-painted bronze figure of a dog, attributed to Franz Xaver Bergmann, and dating from around 1900. The piece is an extremely finely embossed bronze, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.
The dog is depicted with a rough, long-haired coat, painted in tones of brown and red with remarkable attention to detail. The figure is marked.
