A Victorian sterling silver sovereign case coin holder. In very good condition with engine turned decoration to front and back, with vacant cartouche to front. Push button clasp release works but could do with a little attention to close more securely, with good spring holder, some exterior wear and marks. Hallmarked inside Birmingham, 1876 by maker Alfred Wigley. 3.7cm long without loop x 3.0cm wide.
