Description

This is a very pretty and rather unusual gilt glass attar perfume bottle. These type of scent bottles are also known as an Oxford Lavender or Throwaway , as they were sold containing a sample of perfume and were intended to be thrown away after use. This particular one is a more unusual turquoise colour.
The straight sides heightened with naive gilt decorations.
Fitted with the original penny shaped stopper.

Width: 1.75cm x 1.75cm / 0.6 inches x 0.6 inches.
