Description

A fine quality Victorian coromandel jewellery box, the front and domed top with pewter line decoration, the top with central mother of pearl cartouche, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.
The box opens to reveal the original fitted interior, the ruched silk panel in the lid concealing a document pouch. The lift out tray fitted various compartments reveals a large storage area beneath. With a complete matching set of mother of pearl & steel dressing tools.
Tassled key included but for display only.
