Description

Technical Description
A rare form of an 18th-century gin glass. It has a trumpet bowl with thick full rib moulding which continues down the stem. Conical foot with a snapped pontil.
Not very often you will come across such an unusual example.
Date & Origin
England, c1760. Period of George III.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration

Historical Relevance
