Description

This charming pair of small silver photo frames bears the hallmarks of Arthur Willmore Pennington. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1918. During the war, these small photo frames were very popular to keep pictures of loved ones. The circular 3" frame with reeded decorations. Still retaining the original green moire silk lining.
Light oak back and easel.
Hallmarks:
A.W.P for Arthur Willmore Pennington.
Birmingham Assay mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "t" for 1918.

Condition:
Good throughout.
Very minor crease to one of the silver frames, on the side, barely noticeable, mentioned for accuracy.
