This very decorative silver and glass 6 inches teapot stand is dated Birmingham 1925 and beard the marks of the renowned silversmiths and retailers Mappin &Webb. The circular glass mounted with a solid silver lattice mount.
Hallmarks:
Mn&Wb for Mappin & Webb
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Date letter "A" for 1925.
Lion Passant.
Dimensions:
Diameter: 15cm / 6 inches.
Condition:
Good.
Glass in very good condition.
Silver mount with no loss.
Slight surface wear, commensurate with age and use.
