Description

A stylish and handsome Victorian silver vesta. The body has engraved acanthus leaf decoration and to the reverse is a shaped cartouche, with the engraved initials 'RPC', The base has an unusual 'relief' striker, as opposed to the more regular inset type. A collectable and pleasing example. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. The lid closes well and the hinge is strong.
Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. Partial loss to Maker's mark.
