Description

An unusual French egg shaped porcelain casket
with hand painted floral decoration on
dark blue ground. Set on a shaped gilt
foot with gilt surround and bird finial pressed
to reveal a gilt bordered circular and velvet
fitting, possibly for a mirror or portrait.
All set on a possibly marble circular base
Unmarked.
