Description

This elegant pair of large copper pitchers, along with a coordinating tray, showcases the exquisite Art Nouveau style crafted by the esteemed Bilston metalworkers Joseph Sankey & Sons, dating back to around 1900. The pitchers feature a trumpet-shaped body adorned with beautifully embossed floral patterns on tall stems, complemented by stylized leaves that intertwine to create a heart shape. Each pitcher is equipped with a hollow, looped handle riveted to the side and a prominently shaped pouring spout at the top, making them not only decorative but also functional.

Condition report - in good used condition, commensurate with age and use.
