Description

A silver cased cheroot holder made from amber in three sections with a 9ct gold mounted rim.
The case is designed to be attached by the ring to a double Albert watch chain and sit in a waistcoat pocket. It has a hinged lid that is hallmarked on the inside and when opened, it reveals a perfectly fitting solid amber cheroot holder with a 9ct gold rim that is also hallmarked and the two hallmarks match for Birmingham 1902 – 3.
Both pieces are in good condition and are personalised to the original owner with small engraved initials as shown in the photographs.
