Description

A very attractive antique French silver egg cup with decoration of swags and on a machine turned background. On a raised foot and struck with the post 1838 Minerva silver standard guarantee mark and the maker’s mark A over S with a dog in a lozenge. Beautiful decorative piece, in great condition and ready to be used, please note that it is too large for supermarket hen’s eggs, but would fit a goose egg nicely.
