A charming 19th century pine food safe, originally used for storing meat or cheese.
Pitch pine throughout. Original gauze to the door and sides. The latched door opens to reveal a shelved interior.
The whole is in an unusually good condition throughout with no holes to the mesh.
A lovely addition to a kitchen, larder or pantry.
