Description
A very sweet early Worcester porcelain coffee can with tapering sides and a grooved strap handle. Printed with the ever popular "cannonball" pattern and a geometric border to the inside. Crescent mark to the base, an early example, c.1760. It measures 6cm (2 3/8") high to the rim and 5.3cm (2 1/16") rim to rim (5.6cm (2 3/16") across the base). In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear. The printing is nice and crisp with no blurring. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
