Description

A very sweet early Worcester porcelain coffee can with tapering sides and a grooved strap handle. Printed with the ever popular "cannonball" pattern and a geometric border to the inside. Crescent mark to the base, an early example, c.1760.
It measures 6cm (2 3/8") high to the rim and 5.3cm (2 1/16") rim to rim (5.6cm (2 3/16") across the base).
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear. The printing is nice and crisp with no blurring.
