This Victorian solid beech millinery block stand is a unique and characterful piece that showcases its rich history. The finish has worn away in places, revealing the beautiful natural wood beneath. The numerous pin marks from years of hat-making add to its charm and provenance, telling a story of craftsmanship and creativity. The block is elegantly supported by a custom-made matching removable beech stand, making it a perfect addition to any collection or a striking decor piece.
Condition report - top is removable and shows pin marks and signs of wear, commensurate with age and use.
