Description

Super Silver and glass butter dish and silver knife set in the original fitted box.
Lovely shaped dish with a cut glass liner and a hallmarked solid silver knife.
Made by James Dixon & Sons Ltd, both have the Sheffield hallmark with the date letter for 1910 and 1911.
The silver dish is 5 inches 12.7 cm in diameter. The glass dish is 3 1/8 inches 8 cm wide and combined they stand 1 1/8 inches 2.9 cm tall.
The knife is 5 1/4 inches 13.3 cm long.
The silver weight combined is 86 grams.
The condition is excellent no chips or damage to the glass.
The silver is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
The box is good clean condition although shows some signs of age.
