Description

A stylish pair of silver dressing table brushes in the Art Deco taste, dating from the mid 1930's. The duo comprises a hair brush and clothes brush, with both having delightful guilloche enamel panels in a striking blue sunburst pattern. Apart from their practical use, they would make an attractive addition to a vintage dressing table display. A lovely, collectable pair.

Condition :- Very good, with no splits. There is a couple of shallow crease marks to the silver on the back of the hair brush handle and a small dent to the end. These are photographed. There is no damage to the enamel. The bristles are unworn.
Hallmarks :- Clear, readable and matching. With optional Jubilee mark.
Date :- Birmingham 1935.
