Antique 1900 Birmingham solid silver vesta case , hand engraved with an acanthus leaf pattern and plain shield cartouche to the front. This style is known as a breast pocket vesta because of the shape so it fits snuggly in your waistcoat pocket . Very clear Hallmarks for Chester 1900 Size 4.3cm including the loop 3.8 cm tall.
