A rare pair of English Victorian antique solid sterling silver cutlery rests. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1899 with the maker James Deakin & Sons (John & William F Deakin). They have been beautifully designed in a Chinese style. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. They measure approx. 3.5 inches (8.8cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cm) wide by almost 1 inch (2.4cm) tall and have a combined weight of 92 grams. Very good quality beautiful examples.
