Description

A smart and stylish silver inkwell from the elegant Edwardian era. This appealing piece is of capstan form, with a domed hinged lid and removable glass inkwell liner. The body is finished with decorative bands, which are delightfully repeated to the lid. The inkwell is weighted and the base is of oak. Suitable for dressing a desk, this is an attractive example, both decorative and usable. Dimensions below.
