Description

A late 19th-century French brass carriage clock by Duverdrey & Bloquel (lion in profile), later Bayard, Saint-Nicolas-d’Aliermont. Weight: 750g. Height with handle up: 14cm, down: 10.7cm, width: 7.8cm, depth: 6cm. 8-day movement, original blued hands, enamel dial with Roman numerals, original key. Fully working, keeps good time. Minor tarnishing and scratches to case, commensurate with age. No damage to enamel dial. Sought-after maker, ideal for collectors and decorators.
