Description

A charming and well modelled antique 19th century novelty carved wood nut cracker in the form of a monkey. The nut cracker well carved with glass eye detail, his mouth opening to reveal detail of tongue and teeth.
Maximum length approximately 17.5cm.
In overall good condition, some minor nibbles around the mouth and light surface wear as expected with age and use. The handle and mechanism working well. Please be guided by the photographs and feel free to ask any further questions.
