Description

A fine Royal Worcester cabinet plate, bone china, date-coded 1903 by the factory dot system. Rich cobalt ground with profuse tooled and painted gilding; a central floral bouquet and six oval reserves with miniature flower sprays; scalloped gilt rim. Fully hand-painted and gilt to a high Worcester standard of the period; unsigned as typical for workshop pieces.
Size: 25.8 cm; height 2.8 cm. Weight 543 g.
Condition: excellent; no chips, cracks or restoration; expected rubbing to the footring only.
