Description

A rare item of Edwardian novelty silver. This charming piece is a silver match striker formed to represent a Castle turret. The rim is castellatedand the body engraved as brickwork. The base is weighted for stability and the striker is on the rim. An unusual and desirable collector's item. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent with no splits or losses. There are a couple of bumps to the base rim, shown in photo and commensurate with age and use
Hallmarks :- Readable and clear. Partial loss to the Maker's mark
