Description

For sale is this handsome carved blond wood walking stick. It is most likely Scottish in origin and probably carved in the first quarter of the 20th century. Symbols carved on the shaft include a thistles, a snake, a fox head, a stag's head and other fauna and flora. The stick measures about 40 1/2 inches in length with the diameter of the shaft about 1 inch. Condition is good with no breaks or repairs. Some minor varnish loss and scratching. Some wear to the brass and steel ferrule. Feel free to ask question; I usually get back to you quickly.
