Description

A fabulous mid 20th century large silver butterfly brooch. Formed of a body and four wings crafted in silver filigree, there is a rollover clasp securing the pin and the brooch is marked S925. Applied to the wings are heart and teardrop shaped panels of lilac enamel in two shades and the body is similarly enamelled. A most unusual and striking example and a lovely statement piece.
