Description

Technical Description
Six Georgian copper alloy traveling wine cups.
Made throughout the 18th and early 19th century, these metal cups are thought to be exclusively Scottish. They are formed in two parts, with the bowl and stem fixed by a threaded joint. Once taken apart, they can be reassembled for traveling , with the stem and foot hidden inside the bowl. They have fluted bowls in imitation of cut glass.

Excellent. Wear consistent with age, no dents or major scratches.
