Description

A superb and fully cast Sterling silver preserve spoon. This unusual example has a shell bowl, decorated with flowers and the shank has half rope-twist and has ribbon and bow detail. This superior example is lightly gilded and marked to the reverse Sterling, S for Frank W Smith Silver Co. of Massachusetts USA. Dimensions below.
