Description

For sale is this charming Art Nouveau copper plaque. It is one of two similar I currently have for sale. It is signed by the English artist Thomas Swaffield Brown (1845-1914) lower right, and is a photography award for the St. Matthew's Camera Club dated 1908. The recipient of the award was Eva R. Guest. The ebonised oak frame measures about 19 centimeters by 15.5 centimeters. Total weight is 276 grams. The award and frame are in good condition with a nice patina developed over time. Some minor scratching and wear throughout. Loss and tears to the backing paper. Shipping will be free within the UK. Feel free to ask questions.
