Description

A superb English art deco solid sterling silver menu holder. It is hallmarked for Chester 1930 with the maker being Stokes & Ireland Ltd (William Henry Stokes & Arthur George Ireland). It has been superbly designed being in the form of a German Shepherd / Alsatian dog. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The measures over 1.25 inches (3.6cm) across the base by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) tall and weighs 34 grams. A very well made piece.
