Description

Set of Four Antique Brass Classical Female Head Ring Handles
A set of four antique cast brass ring handles, each modelled as a classical female head with headband and stylised hair, reflecting Regency and neo-classical design influences. The heads are well cast with hollow backs and retain an attractive aged patina. Each fitted with a plain loose ring.
Late 19th century, circa 1890, produced during the Victorian revival of Regency and classical furniture ornament. Suitable for use as drawer pulls or as decorative furniture mounts.
Dimensions:
Each approximately 5.5 × 8 × 3 cm (excluding ring).
Condition:
Good antique condition, with surface wear, oxidation and casting marks consistent with age and use. No breaks or repairs.
