Description

A gorgeous pair of silver lidded dressing table jars. Probably for creams or ointments, these lovely petite examples are heart shaped, with cut glass bases. The silver lids are of cushion form and features ribbons and flowers. A delightful sweetheart gift with a practical or decorative use. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes or splits to the silver and no serious chips or cracks to the glass. There are a couple of fleabites to the glass rims, commensurate with age and use.
Hallmarks :- Clear, matching and readable.
Date :- Birmingham 1913.
Maker :- William Vale & Sons.
Height :- 3 cms.
Width :- 3.5 cms. (widest point).
Depth :- 3.8 cms.
