Description

A late Victorian oak and silver plated horse shoe inkstand with jockeys cap top to the crystal ink well c.1900. The golden oak base in the form of a horses hoof with silver plated horse shoe to the surface. Inset crystal inkwell to the centre of the surface with silver plated collar and hinged lid in the form of a Jockeys cap. Excellent quality and presented in superb original condition. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Measures 5.5" wide x 6.5" deep x 3.5" high to top of the inkwell.
