Description

A magnificent antique Victorian carved walnut occasional bedroom chair or dressing table chair dating from circa 1860. A really good quality chair with a lovely unusual carved solid walnut high back, carved front rail, supported by carved walnut cabriole legs to the front with original castors and out swept back legs. The drop in seat has been upholstered in a cream and floral tapestry fabric. Solid and sturdy and in good original condition. Would make a wonderful dressing table chair or bedroom chair. With makers stamp underneath seat rail for “T.REEVES”.

Good original condition. Solid frame. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Upholstery in good clean condition. Solid old mend to back splat.
