Description

A very good Worcester coffee cup with grooved handle, very finely painted in enamels and gilding with a chinoiserie scene known as The Chinese Family pattern. Underglaze blue border running inside the rim. Unmarked, c.1770.
It measures 6.3cm (2 1/2") high and 5.8cm (2 3/4") wide.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear.
We are now taking a few days off for Christmas, back on the 5th of January*. Wishing all our customers a very Happy Christmas!!
