Brief Description:
This is a beautiful, original 19th-century Landscape Oil on Canvas Painting depicting a picturesque part of the River Teme, Leigh Woods.
Note: This is one of three matching Oil Paintings that we are selling individually - please see our other listings.
The above work dates to the mid-19th century, and it is attributed to the listed British artist W. B. Henley (fl. 1854-1856).
It is a wonderful image that portrays three figures relaxing on the riverbank.
Mounted within a good quality, later, green and gilt moulded frame.
Attached verso is a label inscribed: ''On the Teme, Leigh Woods - W B Henley''.
