Brief Description:
This is a very fine quality, original, 18th-century Oval Miniature Watercolour Portrait Painting depicting a young, handsome and affluent gentleman who is wearing a blue velvet jacket and white silk scarf.
Painted on I V ory Panel - declaration submission reference: XHX9WG7L
Mounted within the original oval glazed and gilt moulded frame.

Condition:
Both the painting and the frame are offered in an overall excellent original condition commensurate with age.
There are a few tiny areas of gesso moulding missing from the frame - see images.
