Description

A charming early 19th century pearlware pottery jug, vigourously painted with stylized flowers and foliage in coloured enamels of blue, iron red and pale green and pink.
Chipped footrim and a lead-filled hole just above it with cracks radiating from it, small horizontal surface crack.
Bristol, circa 1810-1820.
