Description

This is a superb solid sterling silver pepper pot, modelled as a tankard.
It is hallmarked clearly on the base for Chester 1902, with the maker's mark for Saunders and Shepherd.
The lid comes off for refilling. The gilding inside is very good. There are a couple of small dents around the bottom rim, otherwise it is in a lovely condition.
