Description
An interesting and unusual piece of silverware. This a hallmarked flower posy holder, possibly for use in a car/ vehicle or worn on clothing for a special occasion. The body is shaped and tapers to the bottom, with charming bead decoration and a round aperture to place individual flower stems. Rising from the aperture is a large sweeping hook, which is split into two to facilitate attaching the holder to the desired item. An unusual example, with a practical use. Dimensions below. There is some internal scratching from use and an old visible strengthening repair to the base of the attaching loop, as seen the in the photos.
