Pair Antique Miniature Horse Racing Sporting Prints Gilt Frames circa 1950
Brief Description:
This is a wonderful, decorative pair of mid-century antique prints depicting thoroughbred race horses with their jockeys.
According to the old labels attached verso, somebody thought that these were original oil paintings. I can confirm that they are not oil paintings, but rather oleograph prints, made to look like original oil paintings.
Both pictures are beautifully framed and in very good original condition.
