Large Toby Jug French Faience Delft Polychrome 19th-Century STUNNING!

Brief Description:

This is a very good quality 19th-century French Faience Polychrome Toby Jug modelled in the form of a seated Gentleman, who is wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a vibrant, floral-patterned jacket.

The beautifully presented piece is hand-painted in colours of yellows, greens, blues and manganese.

The underside is marked by the factory/artist.

It is a wonderfully colourful piece with excellent artistry.
